Maybe it's just me (and it is perfectly okay to tell me) but I'm a bit over nights out in high heels. I can hear the male population booing by the way. Don't get me wrong now, I am still drooling over the Black Velvet Lita's and would love to open up my closet and see them but lately when it's time to get dressed, I completely overlook those 5inchers and opt for something a bit more demure. Scratch that. Demure is the last word I would want to use so lets go with "down to earth". Yep much better and quite literal. This sudden change may only be temporary oooorrrrrrr, I may be documenting a life changing moment. Either way, there's a certain attitude that a low heeled ankle boot, sleek or chunky, can convey and at this moment its exactly what I want to exude...
